Despite a minor issue with the kitchen light, the staff-especially Nick at reception and the friendly security officers-were attentive and dedicated to resolving any concerns, which truly enhanced our stay. I left not only having enjoyed the proximity to local attractions but also with my lost car keys safely returned, further testament to the exemplary service at this establishment.
