The spacious sitting area, adorned with a flat-screen TV, was a perfect retreat after a day of exploration, allowing my family to unwind comfortably together. I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful inclusion of quality kitchenware, ensuring that our self-catering experience was both enjoyable and hassle-free. Despite a minor issue with the kitchen light, the staff—especially Nick at reception and the friendly security officers—were attentive and dedicated to resolving any concerns, which truly enhanced our stay. I left not only having enjoyed the proximity to local attractions but also with my lost car keys safely returned, further testament to the exemplary service at this establishment.
